Other Things to Note:

Free Private Parking: We have a large parking lot on the side of the property, spacious enough to handle your RV or boat.

Internet/Cable: Free High-speed internet is included in your stay. Spectrum cable with local news channels is also available. Each private room has a Smart TV, and there is a large flat-screen TV for movies in the shared living/dining room.

Kitchen: A kitchenette on the first floor offers complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. It also has a side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator with ice and water service for everyone’s use. Additionally, there are two other coffee stations tucked away throughout the home.

Bathroom: Each suite features a private en-suite bathroom equipped with luxury bath towels, designated makeup cloths, a blow dryer, can liners, an ironing board and iron, and premium quality toilet paper for your comfort and convenience.

Breakfast: We offer a continental breakfast every day which includes yogurt, fruit, granola, oatmeal, danishes, toast, muffins, bananas, apples with coffee, tea and orange juice. On Saturdays and Sundays, we also provide a hot breakfast, which usually includes French toast or eggs with sausage or hash browns and apple juice.

Check-in is anytime after 4pm
Check-out is anytime before 10am
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: If you wish to have an early check-in at 2 PM, the fee will be $20. For a late check-out at 12 noon, the fee is $20. Please contact us with your request for approval.

Within minutes of our location is the East Harbor State Park, which has a beautiful beach area with public restrooms, parking walking paths and lots of nature and animals to enjoy including ducks, geese, deer, rabbits, and an abundance of Eagles and birds. Within walking distance is Erie social where you can enjoy a game of shuffleboard or cornhole and they typically have bands on Fridays and Saturdays across the street. You will find canoe club known for their wine selection and Woodfire oven pizzas. If you like art, you can walk to Fergusons Gallery to take in some exclusive artwork and hand blown glass pieces, you can also check out The Beach Glass Lounge which is set to open this summer.
