🐾 Pet Policy – The Victorian Inn Bed & Breakfast

We’re thrilled to welcome you and your furry family member! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all of our guests—both human and canine—please review and agree to the following pet policies.

A non-refundable fee of $45 per night, per pet applies.

📏 Pet Guidelines

• Limit: One pet per room

• Weight: Pets must be under 60 lbs 

  Pets over 60 pounds require approval. Please call us at 419-734-5611 or email stay@VictorianInnBB.com

• Behavior: Pets must be house-trained, non-aggressive, behaved, and quiet

We kindly ask that you assess your pet's comfort with being away on vacation in a new place prior to bringing them along. If your dog naps quietly and will not bark or damage furnishings while you’re away, you're welcome to leave them behind in your room. Otherwise, please bring your pet along on your outings or contact Puckett’s Pups, conveniently located in the retail space next to us, for boarding options.

🚫 Excessive barking or disruptive behavior may result in early dismissal from your stay.

🧼 Upon Arrival

To help us keep things clean and cozy, please:

• Store decorative pillows and throws in the closet (or let us know if you’d like them removed before arrival)

• Use the extra bedspread provided in the closet if your dog is likely to get on the bed

• Use the washable dog bed provided in the closet

• Keep all food and water bowls on vinyl flooring (Bathroom in Room 8, Laundry Room in Room 9)

• 🐾 Doggie beds and toys are for use during your visit and should not be taken home.

🚶‍♂️ Dog Walking Areas

Please walk your pet only on our property, not on our neighbors' lawns. The best area is out the front door and along the front or side yard.

🗑️ Waste should be placed in the designated doggie trash can on the side of the front porch. Please do not use the main dumpster.
🐾 Need bags? Just ask—we’re happy to provide them!

🪑 Property Guidelines

• Pets are not allowed on furniture (beds, chairs, sofas)

• Pets are not permitted in shared spaces, including the dining room, living room, kitchenette, or back deck

• Indoor pee pads are not allowed

• Pets must remain leashed at all times when outside the room

🧹 Accidents Happen

We understand! Cleaning supplies and designated dog towels (please don’t use guest towels) are available in the kitchenette cabinet just outside your room in the front entrance of the home. Please let us know immediately if any accidents or messes occur, so we can address them properly before the next guest's arrival.
