Winter Beauty at East Harbor State Park

We took a drive through East Harbor State Park this morning after a fresh snowfall, and the beauty was breathtaking. The snow-covered trees created a magical winter wonderland, and in the distance, we saw an eagle’s nest, Kelleys Island, and the Put-in-Bay Monument standing proudly against the horizon. Ice fishermen had set up their shanties, adding to the peaceful, picturesque scene. If you haven't experienced the park in winter, it's truly a sight to behold!

Wildlife & Natural Beauty

East Harbor State Park is home to bald eagles, deer, foxes, and countless waterfowl, making it a dream destination for wildlife lovers and photographers. In winter, you can often see ice fishermen on the lake, with Kelleys Island and Put-in-Bay visible in the distance.
